On Sunday November 22, 2009 is held in the town of Biscay Arrankudiaga the mushrooms day "perretxiko eguna". The activities take place in the Elexalde square of that locality. On Nov. 1 the Biscay mycological days will take place in Galdakao locality. Mycological Society "Peña Santa Cruz" is organizing this event which has had great success in the previous 41 years that have been held. One of the most important events of the days is the mushroom-exhibition contest in which mycologists of fungipedia will work with the Itxiarte Mycological Association and we will answer to queries from visitors to the event from our stand .

From October 30 until November 22 the "San Martín del Moncayo" Mycological Association presents its mycological days 2009 with many interesting events ranging from mycological exhibitions to mycological gastronomy events. On the occasion of the Feast of San Fausto 2009 in Basauri, this Sunday 11th of October the Mycological Society of Basauri organize an exhibition of mycology and subsequent mushroom classification contest.
The contest will take place at 11:00 at the Lookouts. During the exhibition there will also be another mushroom stamp exhibition on mushrooms and minerals. In case of inclement weather, all activities will move to the arcades of the Plaza Cortazar Lopez Autonomy street.
On 7 and 8 of November will take place at the V Ugao-Miraballes Mycological Days in which collaborate fungipedia mycologists.
